     - Mercs were hired by a group, who had no knowledge that they were working for government agents, who wanted the alien back.

     - The reason why lab used vegetable human being for a piloting classified cargo is because they had too many artificial intelligent incidents, including Mia and Alpha.

     - AdaM fades and dies where John still standing in the same body while everyone watches him.
That necklace Mia made for AdaM was only thing that's left of him.

     - Gin was to be locked up in Jersenberk F245 as a prisoner until Garry could decide they have arrived a safe city she can stay on, while quality for Garry's choice of the city depend on the manner of Gin. And one time she was not nice, and Garry passed a good city, and decided to drop her at a very dirty colony. But before they arrived that colony Gin discovered that her memory was also manipulated like AdaM. Gin went furious, and set her goal to find out what happened. But she was abandoned in the colony anyway.
Later Garry found out finding the alien isn't the most important thing, as problem turns out bigger than they thought it was. Same goes with AdaM. They needed Gin back, and find her lost memory.
By the time they found her again she was a mess. But she survived, and joined the crew.

     <Story Draft>

A Test Subject woke up in a lab for the hundreds times without any memory of the past. Walking vegetable, those people with white suits said. They talked conspiracy that Test Subject shouldn't know about. He'll never remember a thing anyway, they said. They tested him some more with their time to kill. Then they put him down again.
A Test Subject woke up in a tight sealed metal container with computers without any memory of the past. A cockpit, primed, wearing safety space suit, his instinct said. And he knew exactly what to do when power went on. He needed to go to this planet called Earth. So he followed the procedure. There wasn't anybody telling him what to do to him. There were only computers surrounded him and his urge to get to the destination as fast and safely as possible.
But he didn't made it far. There were warnings from computer screens. He was being under attack. The place he just left were also being decimated by multiple hostiles. His ship won't last. He dodged a few lightning balls but one of them hit his ship. Soon ship went dark completely. There was no window. No gravity.
In total darkness, he heard a voice from behind the cockpit. He never thought of looking back of his seat before. He shouldn't been able to see anything. But it wasn't a pitch dark anymore. Maybe an illusion. He could see a vague blue shape of the space behind him. Voice kept coming from a hatch across a little metal space. Voice, whispers, didn't make any sense. And the hatch, didn't know how to open it.
Then there was a rumble. Without gravity, he hit his head on the ceiling and bounced around in the dark. Then he heard several sharp cutting noises from all over the wall. Some of the wall started forming a molten line throughout the wall, looked as if they were drawing a glowing line of a thin ring to separate ship into half. Then noise stopped. Soon after that, cockpit side of the ship was severed and air exploded out from the ship with him.
He's seen the space. And he's seen the other ship that cut his ship into half. He also saw glimpse of enormous ships and explosions from far away. Then his vision suddenly shattered. Everything vaporized front of him and light flooded in through scattered particles that quickly reformed into something else. He couldn't understand what just happened. He wasn't in out of space anymore. He appeared in a small square container with the presence of a blue glowing light that is floating in middle of the room. Strong light, but not eye splitting. Voice was coming from it. He understood, but it wasn't of any words. Suddenly vision flooded in to his head. And those visions weren't through his eyes. It was like a flashes in his mind, but somebody's point of view. He saw these being, tan skin, hair, faces, clothes, beach in sunlight, cities, fights. Somewhat familiar things that he couldn't tell what or who they were. And he was getting dizzy. Test Subject lose conscious.

---

A Test Subject woke up in an odd conscious where he saw flashes of visions that kept fading and vaporizing in his mind replaced by other visions that did the same. His eyes were closed but it was hurting as if he was looking at a straight light. He managed to peel his eyelids open and saw a singular light front of him. He began to sense his body. He was laying on something soft. He wasn't wearing his helmet anymore. But he was still on his suit.
He didn't wanted to move. But his fear of unknown pushed him up. Then he heard a voice. A female voice. What is female? His visions from his head slowly faded as he focused more for his surrounding. The voice sure wasn't from his vision. He looked at where the voice came from, but there was only a wall with computers. A voice came again. This time he almost understood. Are you feeling okay? He looked around the room. There was nobody around him. But he found somebody laying on a bed like he was. A female, his emotion struck his mind. What is female? Is that a female? But her ankle and wrists were bounded with the bed. And she was unconscious. He approached her. One of those tan and hairy thing with face he remember from his visions. What are those? And was she speaking? Hello, I'm over here, the voice said. It was coming from behind him now, not from the female. He turned but nobody was there. What is going on? His mind started to squeeze thought out of his empty head. First thought was a ghost. A voice of a female but not from the body. Death. Fear. This room was haunted. He needed to get out. He looked through the room and found a door. Ignoring his headache, he ran toward the door pushing a bed he was lying on along with small instruments away. Sending them flying, all over the floor, the noise, and the voice again. You seems confused. Let me explain. He ignored them all. He ran into the door, looking for a way to open it, pushing everything all over it. It began to open. Ah, no you don't. Voice said and door stopped opening in the half way. He squeeze his body through the gap anyway. He felt frightening chill on his spine and his head. Needed to get out. And he made it out, fell on the floor. His skin that scratched the door and limbs that hit the floor felt wrong. It was very disorienting and unpleasant. He couldn't understand and momentarily lost focus from running. Pain, his mind said. He didn't liked it.
He got up, ran through a small corridor. Then at the end of the corridor something else appeared. Like the tan thing he saw before, but much darker and bigger and no hair on rounded top of it's face. It looked somewhat resemblance to that female he saw, but somewhat much different. And it was huge. He felt hostility. And it looked at him. Then fear swarmed him again. He turned and ran from it. Hey, wait! It said. That was not a female voice. It was even more intimidating.
"Aw, why 'd you let him out?"
     "He won't listen."

---

     "Garry?"
Mia's voice came through the speaker. She's a lovely voice, but it still wasn't very pleasant thing if she wakes him up this early.
"Good morning, honey." Garry said, sounding much less groggier than how he felt.
"Garry, one of our visitor escaped from medical wing and is heading toward this way." Mia said.
     Garry groaned.
     "Why this early?" Garry said.
"We don't really have any time zone in space, Garry."
     "I know, I know."
Garry felt his entire body burning with sore from snap waking up. He knew once he's up for a while it'll feel better. But he just wanted to solve this fast and go back to bed. He also remembered Darcy weren't on the ship.
He got up from the bed, then dim orange light turned on and shot his head. He snap shut his eyes and squeezed, a hand covering it.
     "Mia, no lights!"
     Lights went off.
     "My apology." Mia said.
Garry didn't bothered to open his eyes again. It's a pitch dark anyway. And he didn't needed to see much in his own room. He just walked toward the door.
"The visitor will be arriving here very soon, Garry. Passing by front of your room in 10 seconds."
Garry stood next to the door and reached for the button to open it. But he hesitated.
"Wait, is it a boy or a girl?" Garry asked.
     "Does it matter now?"
     "Yeah."
Mia paused couple seconds before answering.
     "It's a boy." Mia answered.
It was another second of silence before Garry responded.
     "Thanks, Mia."
Garry pushed the button, door slid open, light came in and couple of fast foot steps before he shot his arm outside of the door, caught an arm of a man running outside, almost simultaneously Garry grabbed his head, used his momentum as a force, Garry as a leverage, plunged him into the wall next to the door. With a clash that man hit his head into a metal and fell on the floor with a hard bump, then motionless. Garry already stood next to him waiting to see if he makes a sound. Nothing. Just breathing. Garry's eyes were still closed.
"That was very rude of you, Garry."
Garry wasn't focusing on what Mia just said. He was having a moment of his own.
"Oh, right." Garry finally noticing his surrounding, turned his head toward whereabout of an unconscious body next to him and said, "Good morning, kiddo."
He could hear other footsteps from the end of the hallway coming closer. Must be the other crew. They can handle this one. He walked back to the door into his room.
"A boy, huh?" Garry said calmly as possible, but harder believing.
The door slid shut behind Garry.
"Congratulation, Garry." Mia said with her usual seamless tone.
But Garry could sense she was sincere.
     "When will we be there?"
"We only have couple of checkpoints left before our destination. Estimated time, 5 hours 17 minutes 22 seconds.
     Soon, Garry."
Room was still dark and best eye could only see a glimpse of Garry's shadow. But his eyes were wide open now, looking above him as if he was looking at a sky with golden sunshine facing at him, smiling like he was the happiest man in the galaxy.
He's having a son now. A fully natural born son.

A Test Subject wakes up, he was introduced by most of the crew, and crew decided he is safe. Just panicked and has no memory. Mia named him as AdaM. And she gave him a necklace carved his name on it so he wouldn't forget, just in case.
They also had a second guest. She didn't say much, and she was not nice. Her name tag revealed that her name is Gin Levey, a Biologist who was part of the research member from that station now nothing but scattering shrapnels. As far as they know she was the only survivor. And with their goal set to find the artifact that was taken by resistance, she wasn't much of a use.
Garry's concern was for Darcy, his wife, and his son. They arrived on a planet where they had the hospital. It wasn't difficult Garry to find both of them in a recovery room. Darcy was pale, but she'll live and fully recover. Jack also looked pale but mostly because of his skin tone, doctor said. And this fresh born baby was already growing hair.
Darcy was happy, but she got nervous when Garry answered Darcy's question of how did the work go. Garry didn't finished his job yet, and with the amount of security breach involved for this work and money the channel was paying them, it made her very uneasy. Channel only paid first half and it was more than enough to pay her entire hospital bill for the best care on the planet, with an extra for the 'natural born' procedures.
Garry was content. They'll get the job done. And he was holding his son.
The boy grabbed Garry's thumb. A firm grip. Then he opened his little black eyes, looking straight at Garry's eyes. Baby didn't cried nor smiled. He just looked.
     They named him Jack.

Modern medical technology was variously improved on making a baby in a tank with combination of genes, even with same genders. It was even possible for just a singular gene, but that was against the law for cloning technology. However, it haven't made that much of a significant improvement about woman's womb and bones expanding for having a baby. That was becoming unnecessary since there are hardly who want to, or can, have a natural baby like Darcy did. Best thing the hospital can do for her was giving her regeneration medicine and a wheel chair, still kept it's name even after it started floating. It kept it's wheel in case battery runs out. Relying on that, she was out of the hospital way ahead of scheduled recovery time. She would not rest a moment of peace knowing that there is a job like this overdue.
Darcy also persuaded Garry that baby to stays in the hospital. Jersenberk was their home, but it was no place to have an infant while it is on a mission. Hospital will be much safer. They'll come back. If this goes well Garry will see him again in no time.

Back on the ship, while Gram congratulating Darcy for having a baby, he reported AdaM is missing. Darcy wasn't delighted about there is a stranger onboard the ship who strays away. Fortunately it didn't took long for Rodney to find him and bringing him back. Apparently AdaM had no memory of leaving the ship. And he seemed a bit frightened.

Darcy was also introduced, self volunteered, to Gin who was locked in a room as she delivered some meal. Another uninvited stranger, Darcy said with authority, even though she was still hovering on a wheel chair. But Gin never asked to be here either. And Gin was uncomfortable about an artificial intelligent such as Mia existing anywhere outside of lab. Things like that should have been purged.
Conversation between Darcy and Gin was rather quietly but fierce. They both had an attitude. They were almost pissing on each other. Darcy weren't really getting anywhere with Gin. She just wanted to know who this new guest is. Conversation wasn't long. But at the end of the conversation, Gin was rather appreciative of Darcy, for this was the most humane conversation she has had ever since she was locked up in this ship. Nobody on this ship didn't really wanted to talk to her, not even Mia. Darcy left without a word. Then Gin thought, maybe this was the best conversation she's ever had as long as she can remember having a conversation with anybody.
